REFUND POLICY

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

​​During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Correct ProductName/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should be matched and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
Complete ProductAll in-the-box accessories, freebies and combos (if any) should be present. No part of the product should be missing. 
Unused ProductThe product should be unused without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
Undamaged ProductThe product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Undamaged PackagingProduct's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
Saleable ProductProduct should be in saleable condition

The field executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All types of perishable goods, custom printed goods, goods with limited validity like newspaper, magazines, course books and products with similar nature, and goods which are used or any visible sign of usage, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Goods which are purchased in flash sale, limited validity sale or offered to sale with specific promo or incentive, cannot be returned back.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase; along with a valid reason of return of the product. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your goods return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within seven working days. 

Refunds, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased. For cash on delivery transactions, the User has the option to receive the refund in any bank account via NEFT (for which the User shall have to share the bank details).

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items on a case to case basis, instead of offering refunds, as per the specific product or brand's policy. 

Shipping cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. On a case to case basis, we might waive off the return shipping cost; however the decision of the same solely lies with TrueWholesale LLP management. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
