Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
When the product is inspected at our center/ warehouse after it has been received by you, the product shall be checked for the following conditions:
- Name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code of the product should be matched and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
- All in-the-box accessories, freebies and combos (if any) of the product should be present. No part of the product should be missing.
- The product should be unused without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable).
- The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
- Product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
- Product should be in saleable condition
We may refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase; along with a valid reason of return of the product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you about the acceptability of your return or rejection of your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non Returnable Goods
- Goods sold which do not meet the condition of returnability as listed above.
- Any product which is used or has any visible sign of usage by the customer.
- Perishable products
- Custom printed products
- Goods with limited validity like newspaper, magazines, course books, festival printing material (like Laxmi Diaries, Festival Stationery & craft material)
- Any product that is intimate to use or sanitary goods, hazardous material or flammable liquid or gasses, health and personal care items.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Goods which are purchased in flash sale, limited validity sale or offered to sale with specific promo or incentive, cannot be returned back.
- Goods which were sold in liquidation sale.
If the return is accepted, we will replace items on a case to case basis, as per the specific product or brand's policy. Only in case the replacement item is not available, discontinued for sale or the cost of sending replacement is disproportionately high, we may consider issuing a refund against the return.
After the acceptance of return, and if the return is not eligible for Exchange, the refund process shall start. The refund amount shall be computed after adjusting the discounts, promotions, value of free gift sent if any, referral points, etc.
The refund amount shall be given as the account credit in the customer’s account; which can be used towards future purchases.
The refund amount shall be credited to the customers account, within 4 weeks of the return received, and inspected with satisfaction, and getting answers of any queries raised about the return from the customer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. On a case to case basis, we might waive off the return shipping cost; however the decision of the same solely lies with TrueWholesale LLP management. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
